- How good it feels to sit under the sun
- How refreshing it is to feel a slight chill from the fall wind
- How much my mood improves when I listen to good music
- How smart I am
- How much I can accomplish if I actually try
I need to give everything and everyone, including myself a little more credit sometimes.
